What is Co-Active Coaching?

Co-Active Coaching is  a collaborative, active relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.  

How Does Coaching Work?

 In each meeting, the client brings the topic, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Your coach is here to champion and challenge and to facilitate change. Coaching also involves  homework assignments, check-in, and reflection outside of our sessions.

How Often Do We Meet?

Coaching sessions are held weekly or twice a month and can range from 30 to 60 minutes each, at the convenience of the client. Most often, coaching sessions are conducted via telephone. Workshops are led in-person.
