About Nancy Bue

Education and Training

I graduated with high honors from University of San Francisco with a degree in Organizations, Leadership and Management. My rigorous coaching training and certification was completed through Coaches Training Institute, a renowned program,  accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a member of both  ICF and the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard University Medical School affiliate,  I  participate in continuing education. I volunteer my time to coach and inspire women,  to bring college courses to incarcerated youth, and to serve as a CASA, a court appointed advocate for children in foster care.

Background

My purpose is to make a difference and my passion is to inspire and empower. I have been coaching for over 25 years, both  within organizations and personally. My life is full and fabulous, but it has not always been easy. I  chose to face and overcome those things that were not serving me well, and went on to raise my family, have a dynamic, executive career, and to live with integrity. Coaching is the perfect vehicle to share my strength and experience, so you too can be your best self.

Coaching Philosophy

Co-Active coaching is a unique partnership and relationship, where we explore one or more areas of your life, develop a plan and commit to action steps. As your coach I am here to guide, challenge, and champion you.  We will choose different perspectives to move beyond that place of being “stuck” explore new possibilities, align your values with your purpose, and chart a course to professional or personal success, however that shows up in your life.
